Steps to follow for online accreditation of press organization representatives:

1. Register on the portal. An email will be sent containing a link the user should click on for confirmation.
2. The link will take the user to a personal area where credentials must be entered (email and password) to upload the required documents (obligatory):
• passport photo (passport format in JPG)
• ID or passport;
• non-freelance media: letter from the media organization (for representatives of foreign media, also a Note Verbale released by the Rome Embassy of the media organization’s country);
• freelance media: copy of press card (for Italian journalists only)

You will be able to view the events and ask to register for them only after the registration application has been approved by the Press Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. If you wish to attend the events, you should access your personal profile and make a specific request. Your registration status will be visible online. The data provided will be processed in accordance with privacy laws
